What’s the difference between each package?
Each package determines your access speed, support level, and visibility.
Basic: Entry-level, reviewed in 72 hrs, added to the vetted pool
Plus: Faster vetting, onboarding call, eligible for more shortlist rounds
Pro: Priority review, application feedback, premium client access
Elite: Full vetting, unlimited matches, Slack access, NDAs, and rate strategy sessions
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. The unused value of your current plan will be prorated toward the new one, and your vetting process will be fast-tracked accordingly
Is this a job board?
No. BorderlessPro is not a public job board. We match vetted freelancers with client projects directly. Clients don’t browse freelancers—you’re recommended based on skill, fit, and plan.
Will I get work immediately?
Not guaranteed. Matching depends on client briefs, your skill relevance, and package level. Higher tiers receive faster, priority matches. Elite candidates are often shortlisted first.
What if I’m not matched?
If we’re unable to match you within your plan duration, you still remain in our vetted pool and may be contacted later. Elite members receive rolling matches for one full year.
Can I get a refund?
No, all onboarding fees are non-refundable. This covers vetting, data handling, and internal costs. However, you retain profile visibility and future matching within your plan window.
What types of clients do you work with?
We work with startups, founders, creative agencies, NGOs, and remote teams from Kenya, the US, Europe, and the Gulf region. Projects range from short-term to long-term retainers.
Do you offer contracts or NDA help?
Yes. Elite plans include NDA and contract support. Freelancers on other plans can request a custom contract or NDA as an optional add-on (KES 6,000 flat fee).
What happens after I apply?
You’ll receive a confirmation email. Our team will review your intake form, vet your documents, and contact you within your plan’s review window (24–72 hours) with next steps.
Can I apply again if rejected?
Yes. You can reapply after 30 days, especially if your skills, portfolio, or work samples have improved. We’ll guide you on what to enhance for a stronger application.
